Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at or submit a request via your purchase history in our web application.
- If your return request is approved, you must ship the item back to our store address.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Items Purchased by Mistake
